What do gulls dream about ?
While they're looking at the sea ,
standing near the waves on the sand ,
while they're walking on the shore ,
what do gulls dream about ? . .
Do they imagine faraway landscapes ,
do they guess new skylines ,
do they remember places they have been before ?. .
Do they feel sad about the ending day ,
do they feel well about the light breeze blowing ,
do they dream they will soon sleep ,
do they dream they will soon dream ? . .

Pas à leur fin en tous cas c'est tellement naturel il n'y a que les humais pour penser à cela.
Ne rêvent-ils pas que nous rêvons d'être à leur place.
Mais je ne pense pas qu'ils rêvent d'être à la notre.

i think mostly they are dreaming of food.

Les humains rêvent souvent qu'ils volent, les mouettes rêvent peut-être qu'elles font du vélo.

Maybe they dream all those things, Malyss. Sometimes i wish they could tell us when they fly over our heads! I want ti ask them where they're headed.. :)
I like what Alain said, but in reality they are probably thinking about their next meal.

Fish, Plain and simple. They don't think of anything but fish.
I imagine they are very happy birds, they are free and they are living there in this lovely beach!

They are probably wondering where all the people are AND why you keep taking their photos.
I think Jack is half right, he just forgot about the chips..fish and chips that's what they dream about for sure Malyss.
I've seen lots of seagulls and they all seem to be dreaming about food.
Like you I prefer to imagine that their thoughts and dreams run deeper. :-)
